Wesley UMC is happy to have several members of the congregation participate in the Walk to Emmaus. The Walk is a three day spiritual journey an individual is elected to attend. Once the individual makes the committment to attend the Walk with other members of the same group - Wesley UMC supports their descision through action. Men and Women attend seperate Walks, and this means there is a need to watch children, or attend to other personal matters while the participant is away. Wesley UMC members take it upon themselves to help and encourage the participant in anyway possible. If you are curious about strengthening your walk with Christ, and wish to learn more about the Walk To Emmaus - please contact Pastor Ed. Everyone at Wesley UMC would like to see you grow, and will be there to support your decision! |
