Red Bird Mission, guided by Jesus Christ, empowers individuals and advocates justice by providing spiritual, educational, health, and community outreach ministries. In 2005 Wesley UMC has committed to supporting a full time missionary at Red Bird Mission through our prayers, presence, gifts and service. Jennifer Barbee Wilder is an elementary school teacher and has taught at Red Bird Mission School since 1992. Jennifer is married with two small children. She attends Jack's Creek UMC where she teaches Sunday School and leads music. Through our Covenant Relationship, Jennifer will be sharing with our congregation about the work that God is doing in Beverly, Kentucky.
