As the medical director of Ukraine Medical Outreach, a ministry of Ukraine Medical Mission, Dr. Jim Peipon now supervises the weekly medical clinic for widows, orphans and members of the Church of the Holy Trinity, co-ordinates procurement of special medical needs, develops medical outreaches to patients and physicians through educational conferences, trips to villages, and bible studies with medical students. He is developing a program to teach Ukrainian physicians how to share their faith with their patients. He serves as a resource for Ukrainians and American physicians interested in spiritually transforming the Ukrainian medical system. He also assists adoptive parents in assessing the health of potential adoptees. Ukraine Medical Outreach has outgrown the opportunities that Music Mission Kiev can provide and will be working through the ministry of International Faith Initiatives, Inc., beginning in January 2005.
