It is a proven fact that more money is collected in Salvation Army kettles which are manned with a bell ringer than those that are not. Can't you spare 2 hours during the holiday season to ring a bell and greet shoppers as they enter a store? If you are interested in doing your part to "ring" in the holidays, please sign up to be a bell ringer or to coordinate this program for Wesley UMC with the Salvation Army.

The Salvation Army of Western Sussex County (located next to Food Lion) provides mesh Christmas stockings which members of our congregation fill with toys and necessary items for needy children ages 0 to 13. The value of the contents of the stocking should not exceed $20.00. A coordinator is needed for this yearly event to obtain the stockings in early November, make the stockings available to the congregation, and collect filled stockings for delivery to the Salvation Army by early December.
